U Drive support helps authorized vehicle owners, drivers, fleet
users, and business users get help with the mobile app and vehicle
tracking service. If something is not working as expected, gather
your registered phone number or account ID, vehicle name or
registration number, device model, app version, and a short
description of the issue before contacting support.
For urgent vehicle safety concerns, contact your local emergency
services first. U Drive support can help with app access, service
status, tracking data, and product troubleshooting.
Help Articles
Sign in to U Drive
Make sure you are using the registered account credentials
provided for your vehicle or fleet. If login fails, confirm your
internet connection and request account verification from
support.
View live vehicle status
Open the vehicle list or map view to check online status, speed,
ignition, and location. If data looks delayed, refresh the app
and check mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Review trips and reports
Use trip history, mileage, alarms, and reports to review vehicle
movement. Availability may depend on your tracking device,
service package, and account permissions.
Manage alerts
Vehicle alerts and push notifications may require notification
permission in iOS settings. Confirm alerts are enabled for U
Drive and that your account has access to the selected vehicle.
Resolve Product Issues
Try these steps first for common app and tracking problems:
- Confirm your iPhone has a stable internet connection.
- Close U Drive completely, then open it again.
- Check the App Store for the latest U Drive update.
-
Confirm your account is assigned to the correct vehicle or
fleet.
-
If the vehicle is offline or data is delayed, wait a few minutes
and refresh the vehicle screen.
-
Contact support with screenshots, error messages, vehicle
details, and the time the issue happened.
Account and Access
-
If you cannot sign in, verify that your account is active and
that you are using the correct credentials.
-
If a vehicle is missing, ask your fleet administrator or U Drive
support to confirm vehicle assignment.
-
If your account should be removed, contact support and include
the account identifier used for U Drive.
-
For business or fleet accounts, access changes may require
approval from the account owner or administrator.
Tracking and Vehicle Data
Vehicle location, ignition state, speed, mileage, route history,
and alerts depend on your assigned tracking device, network
coverage, server availability, and account permissions. If vehicle
data appears unavailable, delayed, or incorrect, support may ask
for the vehicle registration number, last known location, device
status, and approximate time of the issue.
Some issues may require checking the installed tracking hardware,
SIM/network connectivity, vehicle power, or backend service
configuration.
iOS App Checklist
-
Update U Drive from the App Store when a new version is
available.
-
Open iPhone Settings, choose U Drive, and confirm notification
access if you want vehicle alerts.
-
Make sure Low Data Mode, VPN, or restricted network settings are
not blocking app connectivity.
-
Restart your iPhone if maps, reports, or notification delivery
continue to behave unexpectedly.
