Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers only when needed to operate U Drive, provide maps, deliver notifications, maintain infrastructure, process support requests, or comply with legal obligations.
Services that may process information
- Google Maps and related map services for map display, routes, and location visualization.

App Permissions
U Drive requests permissions only when required for app features. Internet access is required to connect to U Drive services, retrieve vehicle data, load maps, and deliver notifications. The app may open phone dialer, browser, sharing, or external map apps when you choose related actions.
Vehicle locations shown in U Drive generally come from the tracking service and assigned devices. If a feature asks for device-level permission in the future, the app will use it only for the feature described at the time permission is requested.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide U Drive features, maintain account records, support vehicle history and reports, comply with legal or business requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the service configuration.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
